I’m always amazed by the beautiful and complex structures and patterns that emerge when molecules stop moving. In workshops, I've been talking about how the practice of journaling allows for a few minutes of sitting quietly, writing or typing the thoughts that are spinning in my head and putting them in a safe place where they can still. And when reading previous entries, sometimes I see patterns emerge and it feels like things fall into place.
